I purchased the dies because I really liked the sample card. I assumed it is an A2 card.The dies are much smaller than they look. The large star (gold) is only 2 1/2 inches at the longest point and the top star at the longest point is 1 1 /2 inches long. This star would be totally lost on an A2 card.The description says the product dimensions are 4.88"L x 3.27"W. These are the dimensions of all the stars which come fused together.

I bought this to use on my xmas cards this year and i will — but not the way i intended. The difference in size between the illustrations in the site (the implied size) and the actual size for cardmaking is dramatic. The illustrations must be gift tags because in fact they fill up less than half of a usual (5x7) card.That said, if you need a small star this is a beautiful and versatile die— this is it. And for such elaborate die it is not a problem to clean the tiny pieces out. I don’t even use wax paper.You can mix and match for a wide variety of looks.

Beautiful design, but die takes many turns through a Big Shot to cut through everything. Lots of time and cardstock wasted.

These dies are MUCH smaller than the Stampin’ Up product they mimic.

Great quality. Pretty star for Christmas projects. I highly recommend this product.
