Q: What is the distance between the 2 holes on top used to attach the bracket to the golf cart?

I used industrial velcro to fasten this to my golf cart ( EasyGo)

Q: Will this work with a cooler?

I don’t think it will as the cooler might have different bracket holes that won’t line up with the washer bracket.

Q: Does the mounting hardware come with the bracket?

No, there was a bracket on the cart when I bought the cart so I used the screws from it to mount this bracket.
