Q: can this be set to run for 10 minutes or 15 minutes ?

I don’t think it can be set that long, but you can try it and see if it last that long. It’s mainly used for outdoor shower.

Q: How long does it take to shut off?

Shut off time is adjustable. I typically set mine for 10-15 seconds.... enough time to rinse both feet.

Q: Can you adjust the time to two minutes or more?

Yes, you can also set them up to not turn off until the water source is stopped. We’ve set ours up to go off after about 5 minutes.

Probably. But only after it is installed and you measure and adjust your self. Can not be pre-set for a specific volume but could be adjusted based on water pressure and installation. It is fairly consistent time after time in my experience but I doubt it is very accurate to any kind of measurement tolerance.
