It is a multi-band 6 solar radio clock that supports standard radio waves in Japan, China, the United States, and Europe. The black color of the dial, resin band, and bezel is accented by the orange of the small hand at 9 o'clock. Furthermore, the bezel is treated with black IP to tighten the overall impression. World time, time alarm, calendar, etc. are displayed on the upper and lower LCDs in an easy-to-understand manner. In addition, the small hand at 9 o'clock shows which mode you are currently in, so it assists the operation.

Great size and nice features
I just received this watch, so I'm commenting on my initial impressions. So far I am very happy. I have owned older versions of the Wave Ceptor line in the past (and liked them), and this model exceeds my expectations. The weight is satisfying but not heavy. The band is comfortable, and while more narrow than my current watches it is still a good size for a masculine wrist. The face is clear and easy to read even in different types of light. The radio-based time sync seems to be working well. Also, the battery arrived almost fully charged (Casio rechargeable technology has been very good/efficient in my testing). As others have mentioned, this model is sourced from Japan and therefore came with Japanese-language instructions. Therefore, I went online and found the proper manual from the Casio site here:https://support.casio.com/en/manual/manualsearch.php?cid=009&MODULE=5110&submit=(Hint: For those searching the Casio site, it is "Module Number" 5110.)

Great little Wave Ceptor!
I have tried a few radio watches from Casio, mainly the G-Shock variety, but this was the only one I could read easily. Seriously, I wanted to like the G-Shocks but the dials were busy and the LCD's were ridiculously small. Anyway, not here to bash the G-Shock, but to recommend this Wave Ceptor. Lightweight, solar, auto-setting, very legible analog hands and LCDs. What's not to like? Even the backlighting isn't bad. Nice size on my wrist (looks bigger in the picture than in real-life) Comfy rubber strap... yeah, good everyday wear. Casio got this one right!

Almost impossible to change time on this watch
Very good watch except for one thing, you'll spend an hour with the manual trying to change the time if it doesn't reset correctly with daylight savings time or you travel out of your time zone. DON'T BUY THIS WATCH IF YOU'LL EVER HAVE TO RESET THE TIME.

Very Good Watch--Some General Input
Good watch--very stylish. Note that this is a Japanese import--instructions are therefore in Japanese. No instructional videos for this model that I could find. Check out videos for the M300D model on amazon. It will help you better understand how to set this watch and how to navigate the different functions. Note that the watch face is a bit on the smallish side (again, Japanese import). This trait can be overlooked, though, due to it being very lightweight.

Just What I Was Lookin' For!
I had another Casio version of this model for years until finally the rubber strap finally broke. This one is even easier to read and keeps great time - the atomic function is wonderful. I probably have more than half-a-dozen Casio watches, all with the atomic signal and solar battery features.

Great
Cool looking, light and comfortable, trouble/worry free. I have a very nice Seiko automatic but this Casio is so light and comfortable and fits so well - not too loose, not too tight - so I almost always wear it.

Has not received signal once in a year
I'm not a huge fan of this watch. I guess I don't really like the resin band. But most of all, I hate that it has never received the signal. I had another Casio waveceptor, and even when they sat right next to each other, this one wouldn't receive the signal and the other one would. Ultimately a waste of time and money.

Great value in an accurate, dependable, casual watch.
The analog display with just the right mix of LCD day, date, and seconds display was a selling point. Have had no issues with radio syncing the time and the solar power feature works as advertised. This has become my day-in day-out watch.
