Exactly what I wanted
Love the design of this bowl, allowing for proofing without having to line with a towel. Definitely have me my best loaf so far. Perfect size and shape for a loaf baked in a Dutch oven, quick and easy cleanup, and quality that feels like it will last if property cared for.After use, dusted interior and left to dry; ready to go the next morning.

Works great. Follow the instructions to dry it out after so you don’t get mold. Overall really nice

Very poor quality. Pressed paper product.
Not very impressed with the construction of this product. Looks like pressed paper. Photos of it on Amazon didn't clearly show how cheaply this product was constructed. But it clearly states don't wash...it would melt if immersed in water.

MUCH easier to work with than wicker
I tend to make high hydration doughs with a decent amount of wholemeal flour so they can get pretty sticky. Wicker is fine but if I’m not super careful I can end up partly deflating the dough as I try to get it out of the banneton. This has never even been close to happening with this one - it just makes the whole process of bulk fermentation a breeze.
