Q: Does the case offer protection if the phone is dropped?

The case is slightly (and I mean slightly) padded; more so on the front than the back. And the phone fits into a rubber holder (don't know what else to call it) that is attached to the back of the phone. I have dropped mine several times and my phone has not fallen out and has not sustained any damage.

Q: So this is not for the iphone 6...? its for the 6 plus. i just ordered this case in gold and it is way too big for my iphone 6.
