The media could not be loaded. I used this oil in my new aroma diffuser and it was super intense at first. A very earthy, woody smell (which I'm not usually keen on) however once it'd been circulating the room for an hour, the scent balanced out and I actually felt calm and somewhat relaxed. I will definitely be trying out the other smells in this range.

I got the metal and earth element oils from this company, there are 5 different elements to choose from, earth, fire, wood, water and metal. I am happy with two I chose. I will be trying the others in the future.They give off a very nice smell, I can use it in my bath (about 14 drops) or in a diffuser (about 5 drops). The oil is rather watery, so I needed to be careful not to put too much in the diffuser. I find strong smells, over a long period of time, can give me a headache. I am not as worried when adding it to a bath.They are making my home smell lovely, brining me warm feelings on cold nights.Very well packed. Each bottle is individually wrapped in plastic, and then in a nice presentable box. They would make a great Secret Santa gift, without breaking the bank.

I got a selection of these feng shui essential oils so I had a bit of variety to choose from when I put them in the oil burner. They're all very strong and the aroma fills the room very nicely. These are quite powerful so you need to be careful that you don't use to much or it can give you a bad head but that's probably just a reflection of how good they are when you use them with right amount.I found that when I was dripping it out of the bottle it was easy to get it on your fingers and the smell of the undiluted oil will stay with you for a few hours. Not necessarily a bad thing but it can be a bit overpowering so be careful.You get 3x10ml bottles with a set. The caps are child proof and have a drip control to stop it all pouring out so you can easily regulatile the amount you are using.I found the differences in the smells are very subtle so if you are having a dilemma over which one to pick then don't lose to much sleep over your decision. Unless there are some scents I've missed then the choices are wood, metal, water, earth and fire, not that any of them particularly epitomise the essence of their chosen element.If you are buying these to mix with base oils for a massage then I think it will have to be quite a rejuvenating massage because the scents are more uplifting than relaxing.

This is the second essential oil I've ordered from this brand, the first being the water scent. I thoroughly enjoyed that scent so thought I would try out another oil.I really like how these oils have unique scents, one's that you wouldn't necessarily find many places and it's great to try them out. I found this scent to be quite musky with a little tang, very relaxing. The cedarwood comes through quite strong. I find this oil's fragrance quite fitting for autumn and I imagine the fire oil would be the same going by the description.I made the mistake the first batch of putting these in an oil burner in my living room (without any dilution). Nothing terrible happened, but the scent was powerful! I love these oils to be strong but I started worrying that it might affect my dog somehow, so I made sure this time to pour some drops into my water diffuser instead, as advised.Worked wonderfully. Fills the room up and beyond with a beautiful, homely, fragrance.

I like the smell of this oil sniffed from the bottle. I tried the Metal blend of eucalyptus, thyme, bergamot, tangerine and pine. The smell is clean, slightly sharp, almost medicinal and could mask more unpleasant smells.I regularly use a few drops of essential oils - particularly rose oil and olbas oil - in my bath to help clear my airways. But when I tried this approach with a few drops of this oil a few days ago, it was slightly irritating to the throat, and I will not be using it this way again.I would say use with care - especially if you have pets around who might react badly to it. There is a warning on the box that it is toxic for fish and other aquatic life. I think I will go back to rose oil.

I have a number of essential oils by Feng Shui and this one is one of my favourites.The term 'metal' is just the name, it doesn't actually smell like metal thankfully! It is a beautiful combination of eucalyptus, thyme, bergamot, tangerine, cedar wood and pine. I personally think the notes of cedar wood and thyme come through the strongest. I use my diffuser for 2 hours before sleep and I always find I have a restful nights sleep thanks to these oils.Only 5 or 6 drops is enough to give a strong scent without it being over powering, so the fact that this set comes with 3 x 10ml bottles for £11.99 is very good value as it will last a long time.

As with with the ‘Water’ scent of this same brand I have given the same 4 stars to this because like the Water this too smells lovely. I’m not sure which I prefer. This one has Bergamot, Pine and Tangerine and has a really calming scent that is good for focusing. I had it going in the morning while I was doing jobs around the house. Unfortunately just like with the Water pack as soon as I unwrapped the bottle from its plastic I was blasted with the scent, which again makes me think the bottles tops are all that secure. I certainly wouldn’t trust storing them any way on their sides once you have removed the plastic, and that is why I take a star off.In a 50ml diffuser about 6 drops is perfect and a 3 ok is very good value, enough to use one, keep one and give one to a friend!

I got this from my wife who is a feng shui practitioner and she liked it as a present. They come very well wrapped apart from the boxes. The bottles themselves are also wrapped and then removing the plastic you can smell it straight away. It’s a good fragrance, I sort of clean medicinal scent. You don’t normally mix more than three oils together, but this combination is actually quite nice. Good value for money as the centre strong and you don’t need to use that many drugs. It says use 8 to 10 but personally I put in five, and that was more than enough.
