Dusty and chalky, tablets that are bigger than they need to be.Don't find these very pleasant to swallow and won't be buying again.

Easy to have delivered
I tend to buy on line for ease of delivery and I don’t run out. I take these during flu season to boost immunity. I can’t say they taste of anything as you swallow them. I have found them cheaper in Poundland but at the end of the day you get what you pay for and I’m happy to pay for it to be delivered to my door
