I ordered a 16×20" personalized canvas, received a 15×19" canvas. The PDF that I approve is printed but I was told that 16×20" would be like this or the image would come out at the top. Now after receiving the item I see it is 1" short on both sides! That means if it was really 16×20" the picture wouldn't have been cut like that on both sides. Extremely dissatisfied

She was extremely happy and actually got tearful because of the gift. I am very much disappointed with the print as the image is much darker on the canvas than the image I sent . Atleast you couldve contacted me before sending it out for delivery to verify the print is ok or not
