I was expecting the old design for the new labels and don’t like it at all.

It doesn’t smell very good but it makes my hair so soft

Been waiting to try this product for a few years now, and I must say so far me and my hair stylist love it. The shampoo and conditioner smells soo good. And it makes my hair so soft.

I love love love this shampoo and conditioner. I shed way less after washing my hair and less tangles

The fragrance

I’ve been using this line for over 10 years. Nothing compares to how it makes my hair feel and look. That being said, I recently bought the shampoo as part of the shampoo conditioner bundle. The shampoo was runny and didn’t lather at all. I thought, strange, this must be a defective one off situation and bought another shampoo. Same issue, runny and no lather. Did the formula change? If so, I’m a little disappointed that I will have to look for another shampoo that compares to the older version. . The conditioner, however, remains the same. I hope they don’t change the formula for that either.
