Too complicated to understand!
I recently was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue, Adrenal Insufficiency and am in the middle before seeing an Endocrinologist. I have 11 Autoimmune diseases all stemming for one extremely rare one like Lupus but called Sjogrens. Since 2008 I have gone thru hell and back trying to get this under control. Thank you Menopause!! I tried to read this book but it's extremely complicated for a beginner just now learning about this. Once I get all 2nd tests completed, maybe this book will make sense but don't buy this until you are fully aware of this dangerous disease.

When I found the Dianetics book 35 years ago, I had found what I had always searched for throughout my life, namely a working method for improving the mental state of man. I read the book and applied the methods described in the book and I received the results mentioned. I could help people with their problems, fears, sorrows, inferences, compulsions, inability, bodyproblems, etc. I also got help through this method and became the person I had always dreamed of. This knowledge has given me a huge understanding of my fellow human beings.The world has technical knowledge but no knowledge of improving people's mental and mental state. It has meant that psychiatry gives the right to give people drugs because they can not do better.The Dianetics book gives people knowledge and it is freedom. Read the book. Let nobody tell you what to think. Look for yourself.LS

Very detailed - Dr. Lam is the best!
Dr. Lam has been a game changer in my life. I’ve read every book under the sun on adrenal fatigue and Dr. Lam is hands down the best. I love the detail in this book and the knowledge has really helped me to sleep better.

Good solid info
Best info I've found yet on Adrenal fatigue. Get the Adrenal Fatigue Syndrome book first or with this one.
