It is simple and straight forward but some glaring holes in the strategy.I don't know of a realtor that will consistently put in offers at 60% of listing price and in a buyers market you wouldn't be landing these deals anyways. Also he is offer off of the listing price of the property which means nothing accept to the seller. You need to offer off the ARV (After Repair Value) of the property which he does not go into.It is an interesting strategy but I don't see it working long term as you will burn out your real estate agent by making so many offers at low prices as most people on the MLS are not desperate enough buyers to accept those low offers. He does admit it is a numbers game, so I am sure you would land one every once in a while.

All I can say is WOW! This book has changed my perspective on how to wholesale real estate way more efficiently for way better results. Just started to implement Marks strategies and ideas to my business. Hope to see some big checks come in!

The author you can tell is a Christian who has a remarkable story about being broke and over coming it and is on a mission to help others. The story was heart felt and the info provided is easy for anyone to follow and do what he does!It's a must read for anyone who wants to be inspired and wants to make more money!

I have been studying and investing in real estate for 10 years. This book is a good system for investing. I totally agree that you must have a good real estate agent.

Awesome eye opening book. A must read for any wholesaler. Specific directions on setting up a "virtual" business in any market. This book contains a roadmap to building a "hands off" wholesaling business in an easy to understand format. A MUST READ!

This book is insightful and to the point. I've read it twice, and I have a good idea how I'll start my "Team". I'm anxious to get things going, although it may take time, I know for fact these concepts will work
