I got this for my grand daughter. The blue is sparkly and beyond beautiful and though it sounds odd, it feels really good to hold it in your hands. Not impressed with the mallets.I was able to play Twinkle Twinkle within minutes, and I don't play instruments. I have no expertise to know if this is a good drum, but it's gorgeous, has lots of notes and looks like it will last many years.The sad part is that the reason I bought this is I saw one on YouTube just being rained on in the yard and the melody was utterly enchanting. I have tried rain and the kitchen sink and barely hear a super quiet sound now and then. Certainly not an enchanting melody. Boo.

Wow what a great sound this steel drum makes. Light weight metal and versatile. I love it. I ordered it in purple and it's a real pretty color. It's so relaxing to play and I'm having fun trying to play it. Can't put it down. It comes with 3 different size drum sticks, extra rubber drum tips and extra number sticker for the keys. Also included is a song book. It's great for any age, but I bought it for the tranquility and how it relaxes me when I play it. Sound like spa music. My sister has a mini one, and I was so impressed by it, I had to have one too.

I purchased this to use as a rain drum. It is awesome!!!! Have placed it where the rain drips off our roof. Very soothing and pleasant sounding

Everyone in my family enjoys playing around with this as they walk past it. Because the notes all harmonize it’s a no fail way to make a pleasing melody. I’m docking it a star because a couple of the notes are a little fuzzy and off. Interesting thing is that when my dogs bark this drum will resonate for quite a while!

Beautiful gloss and the sound resonates nicely. There is a plug on the bottom and without the plug the sound resonates even louder! It comes with 3 mallets and some rubber finger tips for the tongue drum. I got this as a gift for my grandson that turned 7 and he loves it so much. There is a rubber piece around the drum allowing to hold with your legs. And the price is affordable yet the quality is better than I was expecting. This is my 2nd tongue drum purchase.

Description is accurate which is nice. The sound is pretty for most of the notes. There is one tongue that doesn’t ring as well, but overall I’m happy with this as a discounted tongue drum option. Fun to play and a unique decoration. I’d buy this again.

My son is my musician and he pretty much play whatever he picks up. I got this to add to his collect until I can afford a pan hand drum. It has a soothing sound and great to play on your lap or on a table. I can see how others use this as a method of meditation. It came with everything it displayed and I was very satisfied with it overall across the board.

This drum has a beautiful sound, so relaxing, and just really fun to play. I am no drummer, but it just sounds good no matter what notes you hit. Perfectly in tune. I got the key of D drum. I absolutely love it! Great stress reliever and meditation tool.

Me gustó mucho, es de buena calidad pero dado su tamaño es un poco agudo, así que funciona genial para niños o para trabajar con niños, no precisamente para estados meditativos profundos con adultos. Me pareció una muy buena forma de empezar a conocer y tocar este tipo de instrumentos.
