Highly recommend these cameras, needed security an these have done the job to a really decent standard, only thing I could say that's negative is the range could be a little better other than that there perfect ,UPDATE:After my 3 ur old decided to pull the antennas out of the back of my system i thought all was lost I was devastated I contacted zosi support, and within a few hours had the most amazing response, I am more than happy, and I certainly wasn’t expecting the response that I received, products are of a very very high standard and the support is beyond belief, I am very grateful and thankyou so much, will definitely be buying products from them again really appreciated thankyou

LikeThe cameras are registered to the NVR so no setting up needed.Coverage is good. My cameras are some distance from the NVR. I suppose the mesh helps.The warning coloured LEDs. When a person is detected two white LEDs activate, which should be a deterrent.The software is easy to understand. Some CCTV systems use very difficult programming.It does what I neededDislikeConfiguration is difficult. You need a monitor or TV with HDMI to set it up.Worst thing was trying to make the App work on Android devices. It refused point blank to install. In desperation I Plugged the Ethernet cable into my Router. Hey presto it worked.Customer service said you can set it up but would be unable to view remotely. Useless!By keeping the Ethernet connected I can view remotely in he house but probably not on a different router.Recording schedule is with a monitor. Not available via Android.To sum upAfter a lot of head scratching it worked for me. Now I have good coverage and can see on Android devices..Added on 5th August 2022It is possible to see the cameras remotely via wi-fi when the NVR box is connected to the Router. It was using a local shop's wi-fi

If your not very familiar with the sort of technology involved with this type of equipment then don't worry! The support system from the team is amazing.I was recently trying to use my PC to view the cameras and within a matter of hours from contacting support, it was up and running thanks to Cathy! Great system and support☺️

Bought this system for a replacement of a faulty one of a different make. I live in an old house with thick walls and although in general it works just fine, there was one camera I put up that the main unit could not connect to as it was having problems connecting with so I had to place it elsewhere. So the base unit could do with a longer range but the cameras are good and the pictures are clear. So overall its quite good and works just fine.

Excellent system easy to install .customer service also great .answered any queries very quickly .highly recommend.night vision really good .2 way audio is very clear

Useless, the camera lag is terrible even with the camera next to the dvr

Good cctv unit.Had an issue with one camera not working properly had intermittent power supply. Contacted customer support and Fannie and Slina were very helpful and replaced the camera and system works fine.Only issue is sound quality is poor.Revised my review now had this system a year and it has stopped working completely.Contacted customer services managed to get it working for 2 days then blank screen smagain as the NVR will find the cameras but not connect. The matter has been solved
