the gate part came with a chip in it, I still love this product. I didn't feel like packing this up and the chip doesn't seem to affect the the overall use of the gate. The gate part itself is nice and wide and the whole product is nice and heavy and sturdy. It's perfect for temporarily separating any fosters we take in from our own pack.

This is a terrific gate! So easy to install and very sturdy. I have mini Aussies and it has kept them in. If you know Aussies, you know this is not an easy feat! It is also very attractive and easy to operate. We use two of them to separate our den from the kitchen and they work great! Highly recommend!

Great gate for my Mastiff , it keeps him out of trouble.

This gate is very nice, sturdy and stylish. Fairly easy to install. However it has 3 big white stickers on the black gate. One being about 20 inches long that are a real pain to get off. Took me forever, even with Goo Gone and the whole time I was fearful of damaging the gate! Made a huge mess. Manufactures need to rethink the sticker placement and go with something that peels off easier too!

We got this to block the stairway to our home’s upper level.Our 15 year dog would habitually go up them, but had gotten to the point he could not go back down without stumbling or falling.The gate is very sturdy with pressure screws to the side walls, easy to open and close. The black iron is complementary to our decor.And our dog is content remaining on the lower level and at much less risk of injury!

This gate looks great and is very sturdy. I bought it to help keep the pets I sit separated when needed. The height is perfect even for my larger boarders. I'm replacing all of my gates with this one!

Works great

I got the gate in the mail very quickly and installed it. I was all excited until I lightly pushed against it with my hand and where the extension pieces are it flexed. It flex a very lot so I figured I’d adjust it tighter. I adjusted so tight it basically wouldn’t close. But it still flexed. I ended up putting screws through the pieces that contact the wall and it still was way to flimsy to to trust with my toddler’s safety. I ended up having to get some scrap metal and use self tapping screws to connect the extension piece to the main gate part. It works great now but you shouldn’t have to get a drill and extra metal for a gate that is supposed to hold a dog or kid back. After I fixed the extension piece I would give it 5 stars but I can’t for the fact that most people don’t re-engineer things they buy like I do. Beware of this product unless your handy with tools and creative.
