Large capsules hard to swallow & unsure if they worked as expected. 2 pills were advise in morning but made me very shaky & lightheaded & I am a intermittent user of Modafinil & overuser at times of caffeine / energy drink - so feel hardened to these type of supplement.

The vegan capsules come in a see through plastic bottle. There are 90 capsules and two to be taken daily.They are quite big but easy to swallow.I started to prefer dark plastic bottle or the dark glass as I feel the product is more protected but nevertheless the capsules work for me and I can always keep them in the dark cupboard.The capsule shell looks sturdy/plasticky hence maybe they don't need shielding from light?I like using nootropics. I am not a coffee drinker as I don't like the taste of coffee but I like the uplift/wake up I can get from the caffeinated supplements.They ingredients list is lengthy and containing all the various mind boosting ingredients (herbal extracts and vitamins) and I cannot spot any harmful fillers so I am happy with that.Price is reasonable for 45 days. I think I slightly more prefer the nootropics in the liquid/powder form, as they seem to absorb/work faster for me but still happy with these.

These pills have 21 brain boosting supplements.Sometimes we get a misty of foggy brain, specially when we are getting older and these pills should help us to think clearer . All the supplements are listed on the side of the bottle. Advanced nootropoic formula.The advice is to take two capsules a day with a large glass of water. They are fairly large capsules but have a smooth coating so go down quite easily. There are 45 capsules in the container so this bottle full will 22.5 days or 22 days with only one supplement on the 23rd.Going by some of the ingredients they should help us to think clearer but it is difficult to judge ourselves on thinking but personally I do think they help a little. I haven't quite finished the bottle but I have noticed that I am a little brighter or maybe it's imagination. Only time will tell. I was attracted to try this product by the inclusion of L-Theanine and Gingko Biloba which I have used and found beneficial in the past.This particular supplement also includes are number of other ingredients that are reputed to have a beneficial effect on cognitive function, but these have less appeal to me as I already take most of them as part of other multivitamin/multimineral supplements.Consequently, this doesn't represent the best value supplement for me and I would prefer to buy L-Theanine or Gingko Biloba separately, which would work out as better value and/or a greater dosage level.However, for some people this broader content of ingredients may prove attractive, if they are not already getting them elsewhere in their daily diet.I hope you find these insights helpful.

I am an avid neuro supplement user and was keen to try this one. Capsules are as most - straightforward to swallow and pretty much have no taste. Many of these supplements have a black pepper that affects the taste, but not this one. A rather large dose of caffeine in it, so be careful if you are a heavy coffee drinker as using this might take you over the limit.What else I can say? I did not notice any drop in my focus using this, but as I have mentioned before, I have been using this type of supplement for a long time, so I guess whatever is in this - works.

So these are interesting - these claim to be boost cognitive function comprehensive, whether that be at work, for exams etc, these 90 tablets contain 21 key ingredients aim to stimulate the brain and improve mental focus and concentration.Biggest problem is how do I measure the effectiveness of this product? Do I do an IQ test before taking these and then do another test at the end of the bottle? Or do I measure these just off my general feeling and mood - but how do I know that any improvement is down to these tablets and not influenced by other factors, say a good nights sleep the night before, alcohol reduction or caffeine etc?The tablets themselves are tasteless, orderless and easy to swallow. I’m not quite convinced at this stage whether they are actually boosting my mental focus but they certainly don’t appear to do any harm. They are vegan, all natural products so there is no detriment in giving these a go if you’re trying to improve mental well-being.
