These containers wash up nicely and is easy to see what you have in the fridge. Lids fit well and can be stored easily.

This is an excellent storage container. I am a big fan of Rubbermaid storage bins, and this is the best yet. Unlike the Rubbermaid product with "easy find lids," it does not get destroyed by products with tomato sauce. For us, this is an important feature, worth some extra money. Also, this is the best lid ever. In some of the older Rubbermaid models, the clear portion of the lid droops down a lot, wasting a lot of storage space. This lid is more uniformly rigid. It is still too pricey for my taste, but I expect it to give me years of use. The lid and bottom are also interchangeable with all of my earlier Rubbermaid storage containers, which is also important for me.

These food storage containers are the best I’ve ever used. They are sturdy and foods such as spaghetti sauce come right out when washed. No more red stains! They are so good, they don’t need replacement, like the cheaper Rubbermaid containers. Maybe that’s why Rubbermaid doesn’t sell them on Amazon anymore - quality products don’t need replacing every year.

I was trying to order the specific container(the one on the right is mine)that is shown as I have the whole set and love it. Needed one more. The one I received was not the same type of material as the set I have and the lid is NOT(the one the left is the one I ordered) the one that is shown here. It was light gray and a more flimsy plastic as opposed to the heavy duty one that is shown here (and is like the set I own). While I'm sure it will still work fine, it is not what is pictured hence the one star - I can't stand false advertising.

I had other sizes of these containers. This works well for larger items. I really like these Rubbermade containers.
