I got a sample of this in my goodie bag at the NPC Twin Cities Open. And love it so I went and bought some and it help me with my workouts. Love it. An all day you my great stuff. Would buy again for sure

The blue razz flavor tastes really good. It can be a little too sweet if you drink it alone but I usually mix it into my preworkout right before I get my workout in.I have noticed strength gains and more endurance while taking this product. It quickly became one of my favorite supplements to take. I will definitely try the other flavors. Rich Piana 5% nutrition has a great product with this creatine supplment!

Flavor is good, but the main point here is the creatine. This contains several types in one, including Creatine Monohydrate. The only downside to any creatine is the stomach issue, but this brand is no worse than any other. Great stuff and I'll buy it again!
