Q: I love this, but was wondering if there is a way I can buy an extra sleeve with the elastic wrap as I often need to ice two areas of my body at once?

Mine only came with one. For the price, you might want to buy a 2nd set and then you’d have 2 sleeves with 4 ice packs for those times when the pain hasn’t left yet but the ice pack has gotten warm??

The box does say to put these in the refrigerator for 3-8 hours, which I also found odd. However, the directions printed on the ice packs say to put them in the freezer for 8-12 hours. There are actually a lot of discrepancies between what's written on the box vs. the packs themselves, but I suspect they're mainly translation errors. The box warns that 12+ hours in the fridge will make the gel freeze, but it doesn't harden after being in the freezer for that long. The packs barely feel cold enough after extensive freezing, so I have to believe the term 'refrigerator' was a mistake here.

Q: Can u reheat in microwave?

There are detailed instructions on the back of the packaging box and the ice pack, and the use of microwave ovens is prohibited.

We leave it in the freezer always, because as you said, don't know when you need it. We use our daily.
