These are super warm, soft. Easy to care for and don’t seem to shrink. Top is a little tight but it doesn’t matter. I was alerted of a $4 price drop, which is great

First, I'm 5'7", 250 lbs, 38-40 waist, 50 inch chest, XXL fits well and comfortable, though the sleeves and legs are a bit long. Not a big deal, they can be bunched up.The Fleece lining is very comfortable against my skin. I wear this under my drysuit. While in the water I found the sleeve of my drysuit had a leak. As the cold water came in, the sleeve of this base layer got pretty wet. The wet sleeve felt cold, but it still kept me fairly warm and didn't absorb much of the water, helping me to stay warm. The rest of me stayed comfortably warm in the 40° water, even though the drysuit itself didn't do much for warmth, it just kept me dry.**UPDATE** I have now worn this for three sessions of rolling practice in my kayak. I still have a small pinhole leak somewhere in the back panel of my drysuit, but it doesn't leak too much so I don't worry about it. This baselayer is still keeping me warm as the only thing I'm wearing under my drysuit in 45°f water, even when slightly damp. This isn't just while sitting inside the kayak, but also while submerged upside down and while swimming during a wet exit. This really is a great mid weight base layer, and one that any kayaker should consider for under their drysuit! If you're going to be in water any colder than this though, especially if the air temperatures are cold, I would recommend doubling up layers and either wearing a second set of these or getting a heavier layer to wear over them.Overall, this was a great buy and a much cheaper option than other base layers. I have struggled to find good long underwear. These are as close to perfect as I could hope to find! They are soft and light, but they do add a considerable bit of warmth. They are not too tight, nor too loose. I will probably buy another pair and I hope Rocky keeps these in their product line for years to come.

As an avid camper/hiker thermals are a best companion. I need something that’s comfortable and warm but doesn’t drench me in sweat. Usually only the very expensive miereno wool items for the bill, and It’s a hard box to fill. However, these are my fave new thermals. I took them to Philmont on a 120-mile wilderness trek and was very happy with their warmth, durability, and comfort. They double as pajamas at night and thermals I’m under clothing on cold days. They keep me warm but wick away sweat so I am comfortable. I was so please I purchased a set (men’s) for my 16yo outdoors son and he loves them too. Very happy with this product and recommend readily.

I’m very happy with this thermal layer. Comfortable and fits well. Keeps me warm inside and out.

The material is nice and warm. I'm 6'1", 230 lbs. I bought the XL size. The legs are a bit too long, but I can deal with that. The arms are around 3" too long, and the torso is around 3" too short. When I try to imagine the body shape of the creature that these were designed to fit, it seems that creature isn't entirely human - more like something from the island of Dr Moreau.

I b ought these for my father in law for Christmas. He recently moved from NC to WV and likes to spend time outdoors. He likes the way they fit and don't bunch up under his clothes. He said they are a perfect weight for the temps he likes to be out-30's 20's not low teens. Nanny said they wash up great. They didn't fade or shrink. I feel they are a good purchase for the price.

Shirts fit good. Pants are loose and slippery

Too thin to be of any use as a thermal set. Returned.
