I have my counter space back!
This is a great little rack that fits perfectly over my second sink -- I use it throughout the day for those bits and bobs that don't go in the dishwasher. I never have dishes in the sink or a drying rack on the counter -- and so much more clean, open space -- looking lovely or ready for food preparation. As great solution for my small apartment (with an open kitchen/living space).

It works well.
It works. The best part is the adjustable container for cutlery or washing cherry tomatoes.

Very good, but not perfect
There are some thing that you have to keep in mind. It works best if you keep the utensil "drawer" away from the side of the sink, because if you don't, you cannot really roll up the rest of the mat. The second thing is that although it is great that you can change the size, you cannot fix it in the position you have picked because it the rods will simply move at the slightest provocation. So, just to be on the safe side I have taken the smallest binder clips that I could find to make sure the rods don't shorten when I don't want them too.

Nice idea but would not buy again
To be fair, I didn’t buy this for its intended purpose. I bought this to prevent my water-loving cat from knocking around any glasses and plates left in the sink (yes, I’m one of those people who waits to wash or put dishes in the dishwasher until the sink is full ). To help control this behavior, I bought this thinking it would stay in place. 1. It is pretty lightweight so my cat scoffs at me while swiping it away, and 2) I haven’t had this a week and it is already discolored in spots. I wanted to love this, and I believe that it's a good purchase for anyone who doesn't have a water cat or who remembers to only use it as a drying rack and refrain from pouring liquid or cleaning dishes over the slats to prevent discoloration. It fits well over my sink, and I love how it expands and has a silverware tray.

Surprised at how much I use this.
Like the title says, I'm actually surprised at how much I use this. I bought it for those couple extra things that don't make it into the dishwasher, or that just don't go in the dishwasher. But it's handy...instead of letting things accumulate in or near the sink all day before loading the dishwasher I find myself doing a quick hand wash of a plate or coffee cup as I'm done with them and then setting them to dry on this. And it takes up much less space than a countertop dish drying rack, which is why I didn't have one those to begin with... Glad I bought this.
