Q: Will this hurt my trampoline? Or carpet??

It's hard rubber and I haven't had any issues with my carpet, though I use it more on my tile since it gets a better pop for the board. Can't say about a trampoline though.

Q: What these fit on a deck width of 7.2? (Micro board)

There standered size trucks so if your micro board has smaller then standard size probably not.

Q: What hardware are you using? Standard bolts are too short

"Standard hardware" comes in lots of lengths, adjust accordingly. I run these on 1 1/2" length and have plenty of room left.
