Infineon TPM for select SuperMicro motherboards. Be sure to upgrade the firmware to the latest release (available on SuperMicro's website) to ensure all security vulnerabilities have been patched. Once that's done, this is an excellent hardware-based security solution. Note that the firmware download also works for select ASUS TPMs.

Messed around with this module for days before determining that it is completely dead. BIOS will not even recognize that it is connected and therefore it cannot be provisioned. What a waste of time and money.

Works fine on SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SLQ-O.

Socket's at the bottom of the board, just under the last PCI slot, towards the center, along the edge. It's keyed with a missing pin/blocked pin hole, so it'll only go one way. The BIOS needs no configuration once it's in. After putting it in, fire it up and Windows does the rest.Now I just need to bypass the unlisted CPU in the installation scan with a registry entry....

This Infineon TPM 2.0 chip was as single firmware update behind. Easy update from the Supermicro downloads site.

SuperMicro製 M/B C9X299-PG300 で、将来的な Windows11 への更新を考えて購入しました。同メーカー製だけに問題なく認識し、UEFI Advanceモードで Trust Computing 項目からイネーブルできました。しかる後、Advanceモードの Secure Boot もイネーブルでき、現在は TPM2.0の条件を整えることができています。当方での大きな失敗は、取り付け当初に起動ドライブが MBRフォーマットであったため、設定をしてもイネーブルにできず、いろいろ試すうちにMBRにトラブルを起こしシステムの再インストールが必要になったことです。こちらの製品の導入をご検討の方は、取り付け前にお使いの起動ドライブが GPTフォーマットであるかのご確認をお勧めします。MBRフォーマットでは Secure Boot が適用できないようですので、ドライブの GPTフォーマットへの変更か、新しいドライブを GPTフォーマットして Windows の起動ドライブにするなどの手を打つ必要があるかと思います。

BIOSで設定をしてみましたが、モジュールとしては認識されましたが、インターフェース仕様が違うというメッセージが出てセキュリティ機能が働きません。ボードはGIGABYTE　GA-Z87X-UD5Hです。

互換性の問題か認識すらしない。
