The media could not be loaded.  This heater not only helps keep our living room warm. We have high, vaulted ceilings in our 2 story house so all of the heat in the living room doesn't stay very long and it can get really cold in there during the winter months. With this heater, we're able to situate this in any angle and it will hit our whole living room. This did come completely assembled except for the security bar that goes across the top. I found that this not only protects the heater but anyone who walks past it. When and if this tips over, the bar helps protect the heater from touching the surface which is a really great feature. Even though it will turn off, this helps to ensure the heat doesn't damage our floors or do anything else. We're able to change the temperature setting easily and can even have it oscillate or stay pointed in a single direction.

I purchased this heater to replace A smaller unit that just was not doing the job for my living room.We have a large bay window that lets in a draft; especially on windy days. It's an open space that connects to the kitchen (about 800 ft.²)Now I can cozy up on the couch without feeling the chill in my bones, until we finally have the money to replace that large drafty window. I needed something a little more powerful and this heater has worked out absolutely perfect.I am very impressed by the amount of power this heater puts out considering it’s compact size.it heats up the space very quickly.The 4 heating modes are very helpful, since these electric heaters tend to cost a fortune to run.I like to keep it on its lowest setting whenever possible. I can usually get away with that as long as the temperature is under 40° outside.I’ve been using it every day now for the past couple of months and it’s holding up very well.very happy with this purchase. it was a bit costly at $100 but I would buy it again if need be.

This heater produces quite a lot of heat. It has a heat reflector so it directs heat outward without a fan. It has two mode and we actually like mode 1 more since mode 2 produces a lot of heat. The oscillation is nice and keeps the general area warm. My daughter loves to warm her feet with it while reading. The handle stay cool so I can move it while it’s still on. It’s pretty light. It seems all enclosed in grid so it should be pretty safe. Just don’t put it too close to flammable furnitures. Overall a good heater that seem efficient at converting energy to heat. It was only drawing around 1000-1500 watts.

Need better screws and anchors for wall installation but heater works wonderful

The first one I received did not work. Their customer service was helpful and sent another one. It took a while to get replacement. The first day it worked okay, not as effective as advertised. The second day nothing, I contacted them and said I could return it and they would send a return label via email. They did not do that. Don’t use this company!

My husband had been complaining about how cold his office was. He had a room heater but it was not sufficient. I ordered this and tried to hide it before Christmas but he spotted it hiding behind the sofa and I felt sorry for him and gifted it early! He loves it: quiet, adjustable temp, good flow of heat, timer, etc. The perfect pre-holiday gift!

Shipped without remote and hardware plus arrived damaged. Seller promised replacement for damaged heater, but never followed through on promise. Horrible Experience to say the least. Avoid at all cost...:(

It puts out a good amount of heat and I like that it rotates back and forth to distribute heat, but every time it changes direction there's a click that is loud enough to be bothersome when trying to fall asleep. Also the heater lights up with a bright orange glow that lights up my entire bedroom (see photo) so this heater really doesn't work well for a bedroom.
