I am completely satisfied with my purchase. This is the second ceramic heater i bought, it is working very well and keeps me warm while i am doing my assignments. This is the modern version (digital with remote control) of the first ceramic heater that i have, which is manually operated and it's still working very well. This product is know for its durability and efficiency. I do highly recommend it to someone who's needing a heater during the winter period.

I have never bought a more useless fan (space) heater in my life .I had intended to heat individual rooms as necessary as I do not want to use my gas central heating due to the horrendous cost of gas and electricity nowadays . In my case £10/kWh for electricity and £10/cuft for gas !This heater is not fit for purpose because :-1 - You can hear the fan running but no heat or air comes out of the grill at the front at all even at 1 foot away from the front grill !2 - There may be 2 heat settings but no heat is emitted from the heater at all .3 - I ran it for 4 hours with the thermostat set at 20C with the heater set first of all at 1kW for 2 hours (£20) and then for 2 hours at 2kW (£40) and the temperature only rose by 2C . The original temperature was 12.5C and final temperature was 14.5C .I only used it in my bedroom to try it out so it was not a big room in my 1930s semi detached house .I therefore conclude this is an inefficient CONVECTOR heater NOT a FAN heater .4 - When first used the remote did not work at all - YES I HAD TAKEN THE PLASTIC INSULATOR OUT ! On inspecting the battery it was covered in muck and finger prints so no wonder the remote did not work . Once the battery was cleaned and reinserted the remote worked like a dream .5 - As for the tip over safety button switch on the bottom of the unit even on a solid floor you have to jiggle the heater about to make the contact make and make the heater work .Obviously there is no checking of these heaters and remotes either at the factory or in this country before they are dispatched proved by the fact the front grill has 2 big dents in it .Maybe it is a Customer Return just repackaged and sent straight out .So it is very hit or miss whether you get a working or non working model .I have never bought this brand before and never will again if this an example of their workmanship . The manufacturers should be ashamed of themselves marketing such rubbish .Total waste of time and money .Therefore I have given 1 Star - although it deserves 0 Stars .

Small, easy to control, heats the room quickly. Great product!

I have been using this heater almost every day for about two weeks now and have no complaints. So far it has proved reliable, with every feature (including the remote) functioning as advertised, and it is fairly quiet. Two notes though:1. The room I use it in is quite poorly insulated, so I need to place the heater near me to feel its heat. It does not manage to heat up the room as a whole very much, but that is more the room's fault than the heater's. With the heater about half a meter away from me it does the job well.2. The thermostat function is a bit weird and requires some getting used to. Because the thermometer is on the heater itself, the temperature it measures tends to be higher than the temperature where I'm sitting, so I need to program it for a higher temperature than I actually need to feel. Also, when the heater reaches the desired temperature, it turns off the heat but not the fan, meaning it starts fanning cold air. As a result, I have tended to avoid using the thermostat function and stick to a manual management of the heat output, which is easy to do with the remote.Bearing that in mind, I'm quite happy with this product!

This is 1 of 4 heater's i tried in my freedom caravan, This is by far much better an has the caravan toasty warm an keeps temperature exactly where i want it to be would defo buy again

Bit noisy, not as warm as it could be. Looks nice easy to use

A very disturbing noise comes during standby. Not that great and returning it apparently I have to pay for postage which is the motivation for me to post this to warn others!!! Think before you buy it!!
