I needed containers to store bread dough overnight in the refrigerator. These containers wee great. I’ve also used them for left over soup that made.

I’ve never tested if the bowl is leak proof with the lid secured.These bowls serve three purposes in our home…1. Great bowl for proofing dough2. When in season, we buy several fruits; mango, papaya, cantaloupe, grapes, strawberries, and create an awesome fruit salad, albeit a very large fruit salad. These bowls are perfect to keep the salad in the fridge.3. We use one to store sugar in the pantryI am certain the uses are numerous. These bowls are lightweight yet sturdy.

This has been a bowl size that I've used for some time now. Perfect size to take for large family dinners, church functions, etc. Perfect size for a new batch of chili or soup. Washes well in the dishwasher. Yet not so expensive that if I'm taking a big bowl of homemade something to a sick person I'll just tell them I don't need the bowl back. Not sure WHY Rubbermaid is not stocking this size anymore in the usual stores I normally buy from?

The as-expected high quality Rubbermaid product. Cover not as shown: red cover is see-through red of more plastic-like quality, not rubbery and solid as shown. No complaints, though. Very nice complement pieces to meet storage and carrying needs for cookies or cupcakes.

Whenever we have leftovers from our big pot of soup (or any liquid food), these are the containers we turn to. Love them so much I bought 2 packages to have spairs, as one of our older ones finally devloped cracks after years of usage.

These containers are perfect and a great size. The seal is good, Rubbermaid products have always been good for me.

I like the large size; the cover fits well.

I own a bunch of these bowls just because they last a long time and keep my food fresh. By long time for example my first set lasted about seven years. Rubbermaid does these little bitty cosmetic changes to the bowls but the quality is there.

Great product, have used same product for many years. Was having trouble locating replacements in traditional stores. Looking it up on Amazon and they actually sold this item. Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased these (4 in total) for storing/freezing baked goods like muffins, cookies, and biscuits. They are excellent value for the money. The only drawback is that I wish they were slightly more heavy or thicker to add more sturdiness to them for when you place heavier items inside.

I bought a set because my old ones were no where to found.Needed them mainly for storage but also for other things.I bought another set. Be a wart one of my bowls had a slight chemicalscent so wash thembefore use.
