This product is very pleasant to work with. As a tech I can say it doesn't vibrate much making it nice to use for long hours.

Have another e file(same brand/great e file), just wanted to up grade as other file is 5-6 years old. This cordless e file is super super quiet and the hand piece has no vibration at all even on 35 speed. Great e file!!

I want to make it clear that I am an amateur when it comes to doing my nails, but I wanted an e-file to help me do them better. When I bought my e-file I looked at pretty much all of them and I settled on this one. Because it was not a cheap throw-a-way kind and it wasn't one of those that were gonna break the bank. My husband didn't want me to cheap out either. I've only been doing my nails a short while, but I knew I needed an e-file to do them right. Because I am disabled and can't do filing the way that needs to be done. Well, this e-file is amazing! When you turn it on, you have to crank it all the way up close to 35 before you even hear it (remember that is not when you are doing nails). When holding the hand piece it is nicely weighted and nicely balanced. The hand piece does not vibrate at all. Even when I was doing my nails I felt very little vibration. All the noise that eventually did occur happened when I was using the e-file and removing product from my nails. But that is to be expected. When I watched Youtube videos of professional nail techs using professional e-files they only made noise when they were removing product like I was. So overall, this is an amazing little machine that I believe is high quality and worth every penny.

I like it, it's my first nail drill, I'd say beginning friendly but I have had it since January, and it May and it's kinda acting up 😶

Update! I reached out to company rather than amazon and they stood behind their product and replaced my item! Very Thankful and I truly respect a company who stands behind their products! <3Original- Will update if/when company resolves issue.I emailed through website since Amazon will not allow me to submit issue or help resolve!!Purchased Feb 9th but began using a few times in July after graduating Nail Tech school. This is my 2nd Melody Susie efile. Cheap one still works after years but this more expensive one that I had high hopes for has me out $180 +tax!! I cannot even use for work at salon which was purpose. If the cord turns SLIGHTLY one way the motor stops spinning. I'm very careful with not bending any type of cords and as stated my first one still works fine. This is a defective issue. Hopefully someone reaches out and company stands by their products because I have supported them since beginning nails. Will update if resolved.

I bought this device a while ago and it worked fantastic in the beginning. But I only use it from time to time and not constantly so to my surprise when I try to use it, it stops mid service. And only works at an angle. Like those phone chargers you get that work for a bit and then have to hold it at and awkward position. Now it’s like that, and still barely works. This is my second machine and I really don’t want to buy a third. I just wish they make a device that is durable and last more than a couple months before breaking

I love this drill! The color is beautiful. I'm either a black, white, or silver kind of person but I love this color. Love the pause feature! The hand piece is slender and has just a tad more weight than the scammander i have which I love and fits my hand comfortably. I noticed while filing my nails, with my dust collector on, the dust was falling on the drill and my hand, almost looked cloud like and dust was not all over my table and me, (talking about the dust that the dust collector doesn't suck up and flies everywhere) which is great. (I just make sure to brush off the dust from hand piece before changing bits, which i've always done). That never happened with the scamander I have and the scarlet I had. The clip you attach on the side actually stays on. The clip for my scamander doesn't stay. I compared the noise with my scamander and it's definitely quieter. It file's very nicely. Maybe it has more power. I love my scamander but this is definitely my fave! I hope it lasts a long time.
