Very easy to install and able to adjust the size, so both my husband and me can use it for exercise compare the previous one I purchased, this materials is more solid. Even my son dropped it from the high table , it didn’t broken . But start slowly, I did 200 when I receive it in the first day I receive, it makes me very sore

I purchased the upgraded version and love it! Fits great around my waist & is easy to adjust! I just watch my favorite tv shows while working out for 30 minutes at a time. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun and easy way to lose some weight

I can burn my calories during watching a movie. Even if it doesn’t burn any calories, I would still use it. This is really fun! The product is good.

Harder than it looks but give it 30 minutes and you’re sweating! 💦
