Doesn't connect's with macbook pro via bluetooth

This thing has abilities I'll probably never use. I was looking for a good sounding Bluetooth speaker and it fulfils that function admirably. There might be louder ones but for my area the room is filled with full ranged, dulcet toned music. Don't know if that's intelligible but it comes from the heart. I love it!

First perfectly on my desk and is a great home office companion! I can listen to music, but more importantly, it makes a has a great microphone and speaker for conference calls. I use it for Zoom and Cisco Jabber and it works flawlessly. Only had it a few days but very impressed. If it continues to work out, I will use it to replace my wired headset for calls altogether! So far, highly recommended!

Purchased this as a refurb, but when I received the speaker the USB cable was missing. Okay, no big deal I thought since I have plenty. Powered it up and lo and behold the left speaker isn't working... Super disappointed since I usually have no issues with refurbished products purchased on Amazon.

Workin from home and tired of of forgetting to charge earbuds and headphones, this unit is great. From a soft phone to a Teams meeting, great sound and minimal desk space. And it’s portable so the Bluetooth can be used anywhere you go. Works Vertical or Horizontally.
