Good Quality at a Great Price
You can’t beat this product for the price. The felting tool is well made/fulling block meets the need. Some reviewers complained that it didn’t come with instructions, but it didn’t claim to do so. There are great instructional videos on YouTube for those interested in pursuing the art of wet felting.
