Faint ticking noise
I have installed it and it's working good. The voltage is stable and I can't hear any suspicious noise while the engine is on. So far it's good, but it has been only two days since the installation.My concern is that before installing the alternator, I was able to hear a faint clicking noise when rotating the poolie. It's like something is maybe a little bit lose inside, or sticking out more than it should, and makes the clicking sound on every revolution. I still decided to proceed with installation because I needed my car asap, and I wasn't sure if maybe the fan is touching something inside, which is not a big deal. As I mentioned, I can't hear any noise coming out of the alternator while the engine is working, so fingers crossed.

Broken upon arrival
Alternator looks brand new. However there’s 3 green marker dots on it. Almost like you would get if you purchase second hand! What’s that all about. The clip for the wire is busted I’ll attach a photo. I just took it outta the box and found it broken. I had to wait a couple weeks to get it which is fine it wasn’t in stock. Now I get it and it’s broken. Terrible way to start the day .

Bosch Alternator or OEM
This alternator was very difficult to Remove and Replace, but having got the job done, it functions as well or better than the OEM alternator. I am quite satisfied with this purchase.
