Yes, I made a mistake. I took the first one to my daughters to use and she kept it. Soooo..... I purchased another one. Then my granddaughter wanted one, so a third one was purchased. MAIN REASON: The one I purchased with digital controls failed early. The simplicity of these have been around for years and seem to keep working. VALUE is important to me.

Wax is awful but the warmer is good.
The wax I received with it just breaks when it sets on the skin. It had no flexibility so it didn't come up easily and made removal painful. So while I love the warmer so far the wax sucks.

It worked great till it just stopped….
I guess for the price and the amount of products you get is an amazing deal. The down side if you use frequently, it most likely won’t last pat one. I wax nose hair, underarm, bikini, not all at one by every week it’s on rotate. Occasionally my husband will use it as well. I’ll be searching for another brand.
