I write reviews because I read reviews and like honest feedback on a seller .. I ordered this cup and what I received was awesome!.. not only was the decals perfect but super fast shipping.. I will be a repeated customer..if you are looking for something for yourself or as a gift look no further .. I would give them a ten if it was possible.

This is a beautiful tumbler, engraved very precisely just as described. So precise in fact, it does look like a vinyl sticker at first glance but you can feel the etching and see the metal grain. The font preview is very accurate - Betty is a thin font and Happy is much thicker and easier to see, just FYI.

I ordered these tumblers as gifts to my friends and they did not disappoint. The color (mint) is beautiful and the laser engraving looks amazing. The lid is not leak proof, but I was not expecting that since it uses a straw. I am so excited to surprise my favorite people. I ordered on 9/20 and received the items on 9/24, a day early. Each one was wrapped and in bubble wrap and an extra paper as well. If I order a customized tumbler again, I will definitely come back to this company!!

Love love love these tumblers! Where do I start? I needed 10 gifts in a hurry. And wasn’t sure if they would look as pretty in person. They do! Each one is beautiful, quality Tumblr and the etching is amazing. My tumblers arrived within 5 days of ordering. Each wrapped individually in cute cellophane bags with a ribbon. Placed inside a bubble wrap sleeve, then wrapped individually in packing paper. Whoever took the time to package these is a star. Especially since my box arrived damaged and crushed on one side. I was horrified then immediately relieved to find they had been packaged so well, there was no damage at all. Order them!

I marked four stars on leak proof because although it was user error, I feel it’s important to let any future buyers know that while transporting your liquid of choice in this tumbler, you must be aware that if you tip it then it will spill out of the top. Again, it was my fault but some cups have things that cover the hole around the straw, this does not. Overall this cup is soooo cute and exactly as advertised. I would buy this again!
