First of all I would say You need to have patience to assemble this chandelier. It took us 5 hours to put this thing together. But when it is finished, it look beautiful. It is good quality and the crystals are real glass, not acrylic. I’m extremely pleased with its size and appearance for our dining room.Here are the not-necessarily ‘downsides’ of it, but issues you should be aware of BEFORE you purchase this…It is COMPLETELY disassembled. I mean, electrical-wire-in-a-baggie-stuffed-in-the-box level of disassembled. The wiring instructions are not included. The only instructions are what lettered bag of crystals hangs on which part AFTER it’s assembled.Here’s how you do it: look closely at the piece of clear wiring they provide and you will see or feel that there is a small notch on one side of it. That notched half of the wire is the neutral wire. Notched: neutral. Smooth: live. You’ll need that information when you install it on your ceiling. After you bolt all of the arms in place and they each have two fine wires hanging out, grab ONE wire from each arm and tape them together with a piece of electrical tape to keep them contained, (don’t tape over the exposed ends, you’ll need those in a minute). Then gather the remaining wire from each arm together and tape them together. Now, split the main wire they provided a couple of inches (after you’ve pushed it down through the body of the fixture) and use the provided wiring caps to join one arm wire bundle to one side of the main wire, and the second bundle to the other half of the wire. It doesn’t matter which one is which at this point. This is the part it looks like most people have struggled with. Then you carefully replace the base of the chandelier and the hardest part is done.At this point I recommend you install the fixture where you want it to go permanently and test it to ensure you’ve wired it correctly and it actually works and the chain is the right length (you can adjust it shorter) BEFORE you put all the crystals on it. It is extremely heavy, awkward, and delicate once the fine-wired crystals are all hung.

Mine came disassembled packed in good Styrofoam - nothing broken. There were very good instructions for wiring and crystal assembly with everything marked. If you are a beginner, pay attention to the wiring - my instructions said hot wires had writing on them, and neutral wires no writing and when i installed this way the lamp worked fine. for attaching the bulb arms to the neck, tape all hot wires together then tape all neutral wires together. Recommend using a slightly larger wire nut than was provided. Also my instructions referenced an 'earth wire' which is the ground wire.I didn't need to use the expansion hanging screws provided as I had a preinstalled ceiling fan box and used those screws into the box with the provided hanging bracket/hook.Personally i spray painted the chrome surfaces a beautiful gold, and used a gold medallion for the ceiling, and a Gold velvet chain hider. and the lamp is stunning. So TAKE YOUR TIME - LAY OUT ALL THE PARTS - PAY ATTENTION TO WIRING - ASSEMBLE LAMP ARMS and chain/cusp etc - WIRE /ATTACH TO CEILING - THEN METHODICALLY ATTACH CRYSTALS.i did the wiring and hanging one day and the crystals the next. I gave 5 stars for assembly and installation because as far pre-packaged chandeliers go, this model was a good as it gets - just takes some time.

No instructions, missing parts and terrible customer serviceMissing parts. Little to no assembly instructions. Absolutely no wiring instructions. Eventually, buying locally some parts, I got it together. ,the frustration is not worth the low price.

Lots of missing and broken parts into he box I got. Now I have to disassemble it ;_; to return. It's beautiful. Need better instructions . Simply have no words to describe the beauty of this chandelier , It is so mesmerizing and elegant. Super happy with my purchase.

Instructions for the chandelier were difficult to follow, but the chandelier looks beautiful now. When I got it, the large bowl at the base was broken, but I left it in it's box for more than 30 days after the date of arrival, so I couldn't return. I messaged the seller and in a couple days they helped me out by sending a new bowl. Unfortunately, the one sent was the wrong bowl, but the seller decided to send the correct one. 10/10 interaction with a 3rd party Amazon seller.

Directions were clear and concise.I saw reviews that said electrician couldn’t figure out how to wire. It was simple. There is writing on the hot wires and says that in directions more than once.Connect all arm wires with writing on them to the hot center wire with writing on it. then all the remaining wires to the wire without writing.Putting all the glass on the chandelier does take time it was worth the time.Once I turned it on it was even prettier!!!!!Would by again.

I modified the design of the chains and Prisms to fit our personal want so the photos doesn’t look like the advertised photo intentionally. The materials are basically all real glass and real metal and no plastic. Really was happy to see metal socket covers instead of plastic. The prisms were a beautiful champagne colored glass and not just a plastic cheapo prism. Took a while to assembly and the wiring assembly could use improvement.

Wow, belle qualité rapport au prix.Le verre et et les cristaux très beaux. Assemblage relativement facile de même que le système de filage. Approximativement 3 heures de montage.donne un résultat magnifique chez nous. Vraiment pas déçu 👍👍
