Same as shown in display photo. The insole is soft. But the edges of the flap are thick and not soft. Hoping with usage, it might soften

My foot isn’t fitting. I did refer to the chart mentioned in the website before ordering but still i got the wrong size footwear kindly get it corrected.

Bad quality, didn't expect this from bata at all. The sole started to degrade after first 3 days. I thought it was something else , maybe grass. Then I realised its the sole that is getting removed slowly. Who would think a bata chappal would lose its sole the 3rd of wearing it? But no, the sole is really bad. Really, bata? O stars to you. So much money and this is the result? Ewww

Quality is good, super soft and spongy sole. Very comfortable for sensitive skin.
