A worthless item! It arrived without any wrapping, just stuffed into a large, thin, cardboard box. Tried to even out the filling and…get the back part filled and the seat is virtually flat and seat full, back flat!! Asked to return…! They agreed the return but I pay postage and it’s not refunded. Postage cost because if box size? £37.99!! Item cost £64. They get away with insufficient filling ( to save costs ) knowing that they’ll get away with it not being returned based on cost. Scandalous.
