So far, so good. And for the price, very good! Video quality really good. Comes with 2 batteries and ability to charge a battery in the camera, plus a separate stand alone battery charger. Has an excellent protective hard carrying case. Has a remote. Your can also download an app and control and watch your video filming on your cell phone. This has all worked just fine for me so far. I did initially only get 1 minute files when filming a longer video. However, I formatted my SD card and now get 10 minute files, which is a fat32 limit. If your video is longer than that you will need to stitch the files. I haven't run a battery completely down yet, but they do seem to drain pretty fast. I'd be surprised to get an hour on one. I'm going to test that today maybe. You can get two more batteries and additional charger package however for only about $12. Camera comes with a reasonable number of attachment accessories. And you can buy more of those in a package for less than $15.Followup: I previously thought the 1 minute file lengths were a result of not having formatted the SD card. Further evaluation indicates the 1 minute files occur when the EZ iCAM app is being used through your phone to control the camera. Using my phone with a wifi connection and that app to the camera causes files to only be 1 minute lengths. When I use the remote control furnished with the camera or use the record button on the camera, the files are then max 10 minute lengths. Additional testing for battery length today, recording at 1080 60fps, the batteries only last about 45 minutes.And additional research does confirm the 1 minute file is caused by EZ iCam. "FAQ: My video is only 1 minute long, why? If you are recording via ez icam app, the files will only be 1 minute long, file size is limited due to the use of wifi transfer. "Additional Battery info: It appears that using the camera with the EZ iCam app is the cause of shorter battery life. When using the app, the camera viewing screen remains on and the camera is transmitting a wifi signal. Without the app, the screen saver, if used, turns the screen off after a short time. This and no wifi let the battery go about 1+30 before a low battery indication. I did notice the camera got pretty hot while filming enclosed in the waterproof case.

Just got this camera and already a bit disappointed. The little instruction booklet is sorely lacking in detail. On the back of the booklet isa website that is not of much help with support. I was able to drill down to the "downloads" section but the translater in my browser would not open it even after I had checked the "English" selection. So, it is trail and error to figure out the details, especially under the "tools" selection from the "menu". Other than that, my first test photos and video were not impressive, although it was evening time and not good lighting. I will keep playing around and maybe in more direct sunlight I can get a better sense of the quality. Other than than, you clearly get what you pay for. This is simply a "China Pro" knockoff of the GoPro. There are a multitude of these on the market. One plus is that on this model, an accessories kit I brought works perfectly, so it appears to be compatible with GoPro accessories, as everything worked.

Meifang Action Camera Re-ViewI am re editing my review from earlier asit's detect was user error.This camera came with a nice thick expensive looking black box with more attachments than I thought it would by far.Each attachment was of professional quality and functioned as such.CAMERA - The camera itself took some getting used to, as it was tricky to me, at first. The clarity and the rest of each photograph was very sharp and extremely beautiful. THE 4K was flawlessly stunning, as I own a TCL 4K Roku 55" TV.I usa the camera on the bottom of my drone from here on Amazon's WLToys brand. THE remote does work very well, the app on my android also connects and works fine. However, the Wi-Fi range is around 15-20 feet for me which is actually fine for me.I have already and would recommend again, this camera as it's craftsmanship is extremely acceptable as well as the operation of its many purposes are very, very good which has left me very satisfied. THE waterproof case is also 10 stars.

I was looking for a replacement for my "4K Sports Action Camera Wifi with remote" purchased from Defway. This Maifang was attractive as it came with an extra battery and a carrying case for about the same price. The unit also is supported by a smart phone app that enables remote viewing and operation. Unfortunately, I returned this camera to Amazon as the Maifang saves its files in .MOV format that is not compatible with my video editing program. The unit does not have any options for video length, presumably it records until you stop it, or it runs out of storage. Storage is limited to 32GB. The "4K Sports Action Camera Wifi with remote" supported 64GB, and options for continuing successive 2, 3, 5, or 30 minute video segments. Smaller file sizes make loading and editing much faster.

I bought this in dec and have been using it as a in cab recorder in my big rig. I had to buy a windshield mount since the accessories are meant for sports or other activities. Still great amount of extras.I use the 1080p and a 32gb on the loop recording. Quality at night time is amazing. I didn't think it would work well since there's no infrared leds but it's clear. The audio/mic is great I inside the cab is loud but you can hear me calling the bad drivers all sorts of names. Love it.the 32gb card on 1080p will record about 3hrs. I almost bought a second card until I found the app.That should be a selling point right there. My 6s lets me view the pics/vids, edit them, and download on to the phone. I don't need a second card (maybe for backup).Update 7/16/17 Still working fine and now I downloaded the app on my phab2 and the download rate is faster than my 6s which was 10mins for a 10min vid. On the phab2 it's a lot less.I'd like to get a second to cover the right side of my semi/trailer. Not sure if one remote will start both cameras.I'll add some pics and vids if possible.
