The ballons was Crap quality and the small balloons wouldn’t blow up atall, so was -45 balloons for the Garland totally not worth the money!Tablecloths and banner fone! Just balloon Garland was no good

This was the perfect buy for my daughter’s 10th birthday party! The banner is made of a thick fabric and comes with ribbons to tie it down with the metal rings on each corner. It can be used inside or out due to the material. The colors are vivid. I did not use all of the balloons because there were so many. Nor did I use all of the extra materials that came to hang the balloons. It had more than enough supplies for me. The only thing I wish had been included was a thin straw to inflate the the music note balloons. However, I had a plastic straw on hand and it worked fine. Overall, you will not be disappointed.
