Great alternative to a kong
Good product for rotties, red version isnt but the black is much tougher.

Why don’t you make Max Strengh in M
My dog is 17kg Patterdile so on the borderline of M/L products. Kongs L is Nylabone’s M however they provide the extreme (Black) cone. I have a red M and it’s lasted well in comparison, why therefore is there not a Max chew in M from Nylabone to cover the gap for the most determined dogs at 15-18kg?

Sold as max strength but it is not
Good product but not max strength. My 2 year old Golden took one minute to start biting off and eating bits of it. It is as looks and otherwise fine. So if your dog is not a strong biter, it will be great. But it is not max strength and should not advertise itself as such.

Great for aggressive chewer
This is great for dogs who are extreme chewers, as is my dog who is yet to destroy this. Can be filled with treats as well which is a bonus to keep them occupied for longer!

Treat hole is too big.
My dog is a Parsons Russell Terrier who's a small-medium sized dog. He loves toys that dispense treats or give a squeak so I thought I'd order this for him. It's an extremely tough toy that won't become destroyed easily. It has a large dispensing hole of about an inch in diameter which is far too big for treats but ideal if you like to use peanut butter or pate. As my boy was going nuts in anticipation of his new toy I put a piece of duck jerky in dude bent double so it wasn't going to fall out. My poor kitchen was battered as he threw this, around trying to get it out so to save my floor tiles from becoming cracked I cut it up and let him access it easily.I then tried his favourite jar of beef paste, smearing it inside the cone. He kicked the cone clean them ignored it. My dog doesn't chew unless it's a rawhide bone or a real bone so it's useless for him without the beef paste but if you've a dog that will chew on toys for fun this has some give without being flimsy so your pooch will enjoy it more than my boy does.I personally feel the treat hole is too large nless you're using just for pate, spread or peanut butter

Not as strong as we hoped
These are not as durable as you'd expect sadly. My pup has already chewed off the edges.

Heavy duty
Heavier than expected, I think it may be puppyproof

Fingers crossed
When looking for these I first looked at the red ones and saw an amazing review from a woman who had 2 x anxious aggressive chewers and it coulda been me-then I realised it was! They lasted over 8 weeks without a mark on them….they then managed to chew the end off one of them. I replaced the damaged one but the pattern was set. They are less anxious now but I’ve opted for the black ones not so much for the durability but because the black ones were cheaper (win/win) both dogs love them (and loved the red ones)

Peu d'utilisation
