Yes, it’s a tank , yes, you can build it.
I can’t say that I personally enjoyed this build . Inside this box was little bags to turn into smaller vehicles ( instructions included) . To build the full size tank you need ALL the parts . I couldn’t find a bag #1 and bag #2 so I opened everything and sorted for an hour first .And why don’t the hands stay snapped into the little peoples arms ???I have built other tanks from other manufacturers but this was the only way I found to get this exact model of Tank .

Missing pieces. Had to build it incorrectly.
Very easy to put together; however, it was missing a lot of the pieces I needed and had too many of the pieces that weren’t even used. I was halfway through building it when I realized I didn’t have a lot of what I needed. At that point, it wasn’t worth the hassle of taking it apart, returning it, and buying another one. This was disappointing.

This is not made by LEGO. The assembly is not structurally sound.
My 10 year old works with a lot of LEGOs that are in the 18+ age group level. He has never not completely an assembly project. The structural integrity of this product is pretty weak. No matter how much pressure we used, it simply falls apart during later stages where the sub assemblies are compiled. We had to return it. We were tempted to use glue to hold the pieces:)
