Works perfectly
Simple installation. Just a little cut and splice. Used these for my IKEA under cabinet lights that I installed over my pantry doors. The built in sensors on those lamps are not made for this application. But the aftermarket ones work great!

they work
used for under counter led lights. once i got the wiring correct, they functioned well. they turn on the lights every time i walk past the counter, so not perfect.

Great way to light the pantry
The sensor was extremely easy to wire up and was a great way to light my pantry.

Wow! Great product
I was pleasantly surprised that these switches worked so well. Range of detection is perfect. Sensitivity can be adjusted. A good product worth the price. I intend to buy more.

works but requires additional components to work very well
I like that the device generally works (the PIR senses IR) but when energized right away the output turns on for some unspecified period of time before shutting off again. Put the output on an audible alarm and you have problems b/c the alarm will scream. So, I had to combine the device with a DROK delay timer relay doo-dad and program a delay to last a second longer than the firing of the output lasts upon energizing the thing. I wish that there was a built in delay for a period of time that could be programmed. Maybe there is a way to hack the thing and reprogram the PLC. That part of tinkering is beyond my abilities at the moment.

Ordered 2, both are faulty
I ordered 2 sensors for led strip. As others have said, one sensor cuts off and then immediately cuts back on. And that continues to happen. The other sensor does not cut off after 1min when set to 1min. And one of the sensors has a melted adjustment know that can not be turned, as seen in the picture

Works as expected with one caveat
Just received the product and hooked it up in the circuit. Works as expected (with one caveat- details below). Can't comment on long term performance. Max sensing range seems to be about 15 ft.As another reviewer noted, if you are arming the sensor based on a clock timer, this sensor outputs an ON when first powered up. Design issue. The internal circuitry needed to suppress edge detection at power up, but doesn't. Here is a typical use case- you want to arm the motion sensor from 10PM to 8AM to trigger an alarm. When you take the output of a timer and hook up to the motion sensor, you will get a false alarm at 10PM when the motion sensor is energized. Should work fine after that. Easy enough to work around. Keep the motion sensor always on. Make an AND logic from the output of the motion sensor and the timer. One way to do that would be a relay. Use the timer output to drive a relay. Take the motion sensor output and run through the NO contact of the relay to power the alarm. Now both the timer has to be on and a motion detected for the alarm to go off. The motion sensor will keep triggering all day, but its output won't reach the alarm because the timer contact is normally open unless armed (between 10PM and 8AM as in the example above).

Great product at a great price
I'm using these to turn on custom LED pantry lights I made and for under my cabinet of my saltwater reef aquarium. These sensors work great and were a cheaper easier option over building out an ardiuno plus PIR module.
