I had to go to ER in January and was diagnosed with Gastritis. Never heard of such a thing. But, it seems my stress has started to effect my body more than I thought. A couple of shakes of this in a cup and it soothes the grumpiness faster than my Pepcid (which I yake without fail). DO NOT REPLACE THIS WITH GOING TO YOUR DOCTOR OR FOLLOWING YOUR DOCTOR'S ORDERS. It's a temporary relief type of thing.
