Love the product. But this is the third one I’ve bought and not even a year later every one just stops working and won’t turn on. Replace batteries and nada. Very disappointing as we love this product when it works and out of nowhere it stops. Reached out via phone and was told to bad. Very bad customer service on the phone. Just emailed and we’ll see where that goes. I’ll follow up once I hear back or if I hear back.

I use this often. Going barefoot makes my feet rough. This takes a few minutes to soften them up and get rid of any calluses. Works !!

The plastic is so cheap that it wouldn't hold together after I added batteries. For $20, I expected batteries. Then, it didn't even work WITH the batteries!! Over-priced at any amount! Don't wast your money on the Brookstone brand!

So disappointed with this product. It has a release button to take out the pumice to clean it and the chamber of any residue. This is the second time i use it. Instructions say to clean it after every use. This is the second time i use it. I pressed the release button and the button sank and now it's not working. I should have gotten the insurance
