Better than my £100 Sony over-ears, even giving my £400 Grados a run for their money.
My audiophile friend reccomended these earphones to me (he works as a sound engineer). I absolutely love a good pair of headphones and just needed something I could roll up and put in my pocket...These are not only amazing headphones for the price... they're just amazing headphones, full-stop. They have amazing build quality, the cable is replaceable, they look awesome and the sound quality and sound staging is remarkable (especially for the price). They're comfortable and stay in place while exercising.I can hear things with these that not even my £400 Grados are able to pick up (with a proper DAC and AMP). These absolutely blow my £40 Sony in-ears and £100 Sony over-ears out of the water. These are now my go-to headphones most of the time, even when I'm at home (when I cba to grab the Grados). I also have a set of ZS10 PROs which are remarkably better, but I am not comfortable taking them out with me (too expensive).I only have 2 very minor complaints. The cable gets tangled quite easily (more so than my Sony in ears) and there is some interference when the track goes silent (no more than usual however).I have one more major complaint which is that at high to highish volumes high notes such as vocals are affected by sibilance (hissing) which can be quite unpleasant. This is easily solved with a few tweaks to the phones base equaliser however :).I have absolutely no issue whatsoever with recommending these headphones to anyone. Even if you weren't looking for headphones and stumbled across these by accident... buy these headphones. If you are willing to spend a bit more (£50) then the ZS10 PROs offer a remarkable boost to audio quality and do not suffer the same issues with sibilance (defo worth it).

Unbelievable value
Having found these on sale I realised (after discovering DankPods and his praise for these in the reviews) that these would be a nice replacement for my singular working Sennheiser CX3.00 (left bud died after less than a year) to use at the office. For under £20 I really don't think it's possible to find sound that's even comparable to these. Plenty of clear bass; undistorted, clean mids and crisp high end make these just as good as earphones at well over triple the price. They sound as good or better than the Beyerdynamic Byrons I had before the Sennheisers, and they trample all over those Sennheisers too. The sound is less bassy and has more emphasis on super crisp highs than a lot of other lower end earphones so if all you want is bass maybe look for something else, but there really is as much bass as most regular listeners should want. These come with a detachable, replaceable cable so the dodgy wiring that killed my left CX3.00 is unlikely to ruin these in the long run, and the cable itself is somehow much, much better than the one on those Sennheisers. With those, the slightest tap on the cable from a stray finger or even just the cable rubbing on your body creates extremely irritating noises that ruin whatever you're listening to. With the KZ's you can slap the cable around all you want and your music will remain wonderful. There's even a mic on this cable (if you choose the version I did) and it's surprisingly good! There have been a couple of downsides with these earphones, since nothing can be truly perfect. Firstly, on my work PC these create a bit of hiss when playing sound, so I had to buy an attenuator for an extra £20. It's worth saying, I didn't hear any hissing noise when I tried these on my phone, so it might not even be a problem with the headphones, but it certainly did dampen my enjoyment of them when I was first using them at work. It's definitely still worth getting them with an attenuator (I got an Ifi Ear Buddy) if they hiss on your device though, since even for £40 these sound very impressive. The other downside so far has been that I very occasionally get a small electric shock from touching the metal part of the earbud. That sounds worse than it is, since the shocks I've had from the lift call button in the hospital I work at were worse, and I didn't even reflexively pull my hand away from the earphone since the shock was so small. Small problem but worth noting.Overall though, these are phenomenal earphones and it's baffling that you can get sound this good for so little money, and with features far more expensive earphones don't even have. The buds are surprisingly heavy and they feel really well built; since they're partially clear you can even see the internal components. KZ clearly weren't worried about their build quality and it's easy to see why. Just buy these unless you're going to spend upwards of £100. You'll struggle to find anything better without stretching to that price range.

Great Value IEMs
Initially I was disappointed with the mix as I enjoy how they sound, however it turns out it was just a software issue.Great for listening to music, for gaming and entertainment.Mic is great too, have been using it for work on Teams and calls etc, good little pair of IEMs.Would be perfect if the controls were a little better and could manually mute yourself with a switch rather than a button that doesn’t really seem to work.

Amazing sound- for the price, these are 10/10
These are lovely, albeit a bit strange, headphones. The sound is amazing- it feels like it's right in the room. I've used them for talking on discord and what'sapp, listening to youtube, and gaming, and of course phone calls. It's crystal clear, no background noise. They are a bit weird the way they go over your ear, and to be honest, I wish the earphone was permanently attached to the wire, but a little tape sorted that.I am really pleasantly surprised at the sound quality.I also like the offset plug, which really is very sturdy- as I've had many earphones fail there, this is a bonus. These are just as good (maybe even a bit better)- at a fraction of the price- of the Flares they replace.A couple things that could be a bit better--The part people see could be colour rather than the part next to your ear.-You could do a clip or something to keep them attached-Offer a colour for the cable (as its sheathed in plastic)But, to go back to what's most important- the sound quality is amazing, they are light and comfortable to wear, and they appear pretty sturdy.Thank you!

Best IEMs for dance!
So I was looking for an IEM to use for dancing choreography. I needed wired earbuds because I wanted to stream the music to a video camera and to my ears without any delay. I had some over the ear headphones with a long cord that sounded great, but they looked bulky and detracted from the visual.I needed an IEM that really delivered a punchy sound that made me want to dance. I felt skeptical about whether an IEM could be as good as my over the ear headphones. Because over the earphones deliver a bass sound That vibrates a little bit and delivers the "life force" of a song to you well. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this IEM was just as good as my over the ear headphones! The sound of the bass was very comparable.I compared this one between three others:Shure AONIC 215 (expensive)FiiO FH3 (expensive)Moondrop CHU II (cheap)I compared them by listening to the same song, switching out and seeing which one made me feel like dancing. This one came out on top, and it wasn't a hard decision. It had a punchy delivery that really made me want to get up and dance. It was a fairly striking difference between the other ones.I think with IEMs, the goal is often a clean sound. However, this "clean" sound is kind of flat and doesn't really hit your soul. That's how I felt about all the others. They felt flat, the music felt lifeless. However, these ones totally hit me in my heart and gut when I listened to music with them! I couldn't believe these cheap ones were so much better. I was willing to pay more. The main genre I was listening to was K-pop. This has both complex vocals with punchy bass and intricate song patterns. These IEMs did not diminish the quality of any of my songs. The vocals were not drowned out by the bass or diminished. The vocals were strong and all sounds of the music felt like they hit as they should.I also have slower songs like with piano and such and they sounded crystal clear.Okay one downside to these. The cable was too short for me. Since I was dancing, I need my cable to be about 6 ft long. That was fine though because I just purchased a new two pin cable. It didn't diminish the quality of the sound. One other nice thing about these is the right ear has a very small red ring around it so it's easy to figure out which ear to put it in. Red for right is easy to remember. Also, I had to purchase a wire clip to attach it to my clothing. With the newly purchased wire, these were a bit heavy Because the wire had some weight to it. But with the clip, I didn't notice them. They fit nicely in my ear canal and the shape of the body fits nicely in the outer shape of my ears. The shape allows you to easily tell which way they go, Because once you turn them in the right place, they settle in my ears and match my natural ear shape well.I liked the rubber ear bud covers. They created a decent seal in my ears. They provide you with different sizes. Sometimes after some time they might start to fall out, but that's only if you don't wrap the cord behind your ear nicely. One other downside. The original cable is kind of flimsy. It's clear by the way, and the part of the wire that goes behind your ear is not very stiff. It's kind of like a semi stiff plastic that doesn't hold its shape that well. You probably want to get a different cable if you're really concerned about this. However, if you aren't going to be moving around much, you might not even need to worry about this and can just use the original cable. With the shape of the earbuds, it stays in fairly decently regardless of the cable. So far as the color, I went with the gold. I wanted a color that kind of blended in with my skin. I think they look just fine. And I think it's kind of cool like there's a bit of a flashy look to them. But you can't really tell in a dance video where you're pretty far from the camera. I think if I was a YouTuber, I might go with the black just to look more standard. Unless you like to wear flashy outfits. Then I might go with the gold, for fun. :)Overall, I'm quite pleased with these, and I would totally recommend them. One last note, my photos are showing the buds with my replacement cable. The original cable is lighter in color and almost transparent.

Wirklich erstaunlich.
