Quiet operation but no safety to completely turn off
This is a great ATV for the next step after Power Wheels. I have a nearly 6 year old child and he has grown out of the Power Wheels program. I understand this product is marketed for 14 and up but my average height 5 year old fits well on this. As a 5 foot 0 inch tall adult I found it a little small and would be surprised for a 14 year old to be comfortable on there. There is an off switch but no key or anything to keep someone else from turning it on. My 3 year old was able to turn it on and operate it quickly so I wish there was a key or something to completely make it unusable by others. The product goes quickly and the ride is quiet. The metal bars are well made and make it easier to pull and turn around out of the garage by hand as there is no reverse mode. Overall I still rate this a 5 star product as it was perfect for what we wanted it for just hope if they update the product they will include a safety key or something.

Great Ride for Kids
UPDATE: We've had this bike for about 3 months now. Still working fine and keeps a good charge. Our kiddo looks forward to riding it on clear days. So far, still highly recommend! We bought this to replace a 24v ride on for our 6 year old. It was definitely worth the purchase! He loves it so much, and so do we. The speed is perfect for a vehicle this small. It's not slow, and not too fast for little ones. Be aware that this thing is heavy. It's too soon to speak on durability, but currently it's certainly sturdy and appears that it will hold up fine. Our kiddo is on the tall side for his age, and he will definitely have this for years to come. We're already talking about buying another for myself because I was able to ride it comfortably (I'm approx. 165lbs). From our experience so far, we would recommend.

Great Buy For the Money
Bought this for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas. The Quad came assembled and arrived on time on the date I scheduled it to be delivered. The people who delivered it to my residence called me before arrival which was nice. Now for the Quad details. It’s electric powered which is awesome. My daughter rides it for a while before it needs charge. It goes pretty fast for the amount of voltage at full charge. My daughter absolutely loves riding it on our 1 acre backyard. The frame is sturdy and since now it’s holding up strong in the dirt. Tires are thick and durable and can withstand stickers from weeds (goat heads). It only goes forward but if you teach your kid how to properly use it and take the time to show them there should be no issues along with buying the gear separately so they can ride it safely. I do wish it can reverse but it’s not something that’ll keep your kid from having a good time. I myself am 180lbs. and my daughter is 60lbs and we ride the quad together sometimes and it has no problem even with both of us on it. It’s a great value for the money for a rechargeable quad and anybody can have a great time with it.

wasted money
Do not by this piece of junk. Customer service is very good but the product is quite inferior. It will only last a few months, then the parts start breaking. First the handle bars broke and we had trouble getting a new steering tube, I had to fabricate and weld the broken one because they had no replacement. Then the caliber broke and the right wheel fell off. Then next had to replace the module that controller, replaced that 3 times. Next the motor imploded and seized, replaced that. The final insult came when the teeth on the rear sprocket wore down. I wrote them, then sent in many pictures and they kept sending the wrong part, finally telling me that they do not have that one. I bought the unit brand new thru Amazon and if it came with the original manufactured parts and they are still making and selling then, the why, pray tell can't they "find" the sprocket that comes on all the units. I bought this quad for my grandson because he cannot handle the motor sound of gas powered quads. We have been thoroughly disappointed and this has been an expensive, exhausting and frustrating experience. I would never buy nor recommend a razor product to ANYONE. Bought October 2020, lasted until February 2021.

It's a solid steel frame, and platform you can mod.
Over all, the Razor is holding up. My 8 year old grandson is having a lot of fun with it. The frame is sturdy, and the platform is easy to mod. I'm planning upgrades for the battery pack, motor, and controller. The negatives: The motor shaft key is undersized, and shears off frequently. My grandson is skinny and underweight. A soft start may alleviate this issue. For $1000, I think it should have a speed controller with soft start and reverse. The rear shock is a bit stiff. However, the air tires can be softened up to smooth it out.
