I had read some good reviews of this dress, but as I am a bit of a perfectionist, I still wasn't sure that this would be any good. Boy was I wrong! This exceeded all my expectations. The only negative is that the 'pearl necklace' is rather plastic and cheap, but everything else is 5* for the price. The dress itself is amazing. I am a size 14 and wasn't sure whether to order the medium or large. As we are going on a cruise with a 1920's theme night at the end of our 16 day's I decided to go for the large, as plenty of food will have been consumed in the run up to the evening (!!) It fits really well, and the medium may have been a bit snug (even before food !!!). The dress does not look cheap and looks really good on. I considered trying to buy fringing, gloves, headband etc. separately and making my own, but really don't think I could do it for any cheaper. If you are dithering about buying this, don't. You will not be disappointed. (And do not be put off by the small box when it arrives, it's all in there). Can't wait for our gala evening and to wear this.

The gloves were missing

The dress is beautiful, a little stretchy, comfortable to wear. I ordered a large 14/16. I am 5ft and the length was perfect!The kit was worth the money, the only downfall if you have short arms the gloves come way too far up..

My Wife needed a dress for a 1920s Flapper fancy dress party. We carefully studied the size guide and picked what we thought would be the closest fit to her size 16 (UK) top but her size 10 waist. We weren't really expecting the dress to fit. It arrived so quickly in a tiny box which we thought could not possibly contain the dress and other accessories. It had been well packed. None of the sequins or beads had fallen off. The dress fitted well and looks good. The accessories are also of surprisingly good quality. Far from being a cheap item, use once then throw away, I think we'll keep it and find reasons to wear it and the jewellery on several occasions.

Excellent value for money. I'm a size 10/12 and ordered the medium size and it's perfect. Both the dress and accessories are of very good quality, I'd highly recommend buying this.

The accessories and dress all looked great, but sadly I didn’t feel comfortable when I tried it on as it’s quite clingy, so returned.
