I knew this product woudn't be the top of the line but I hoped it would work more than once. Even that ONE time wasn't great. My daughter got this from santa for Christmas because she LOVES making smoothies. However, even after following the instructions to a T, the motor got bound up and the light started flashing red. Since that time, we can't get it to work again. That one time, the smoothie was mostly smooth and it was super easy to clean, put together, charge, and use but it just didn't last.

The battery does not last and leaves my smoothie have made :( Charged and prepped smoothie and blended for like a min then died! Ugh!! Happened more than once! I am tired of it and buying plug in one!

This one doesn't have much power. I love crushed ice and this isn't powerful enough. Pay the extra for an upgraded version.

Wife got this for smoothies and such at work. Says it works fine for what it is. I’ve used it once to mix a protein shake and it handled that fine with the addition of a banana and some frozen berries. Don’t expect the power of a plug in blender.

It is great for us when we are camping or on the go. The color is great too. We like feature telling when the battery is low.

This exchanged works. Instructions did not say you have to press the on/off button 2 times quickly to turn on

I have to push and wait to push start and it only works for like 1 sec of mixing then stops. Repeat process a million times until it's mixed. If it would actually stay on it would be great.

I owned this for a week and it would not charge !
