Q: How do prepare it? and do strain it ...are the herbs eaten?

No you do not eat the herbs. But I did dry them out after I made my tea twice so are used it a total of three times and then threw the herbs away. I bought that new glass tea pot boiling water in it and put the loose tea down inside the strainer it’s awesome
