The media could not be loaded.  Free cloud storage for one camera, zoom, turns 360 and HD resolution. My only issue is sometimes the cameras flick in and out of infared light mode randomly and the clicking sound when it does that repeatedly will make your ear ring. On the next models make it where it doesn't need to make a sound to turn to night vision mode. Besides that, the cameras are awesome and I love the app.

Great camera. The second one takes a lot longer to set up and connect to the wifi and keeps disconnecting for some reason.

I had cameras from my security system. The resolution wasn’t good and they were so much more expensive than these. I wish I’d found these first. With them moving with motion. I was able to replace those 4 cameras with 3 of these and connected them to the NVR so now it’ll store the recordings longer too.

1. The bulky size of the camera itself didn't work where I wanted to put it.2. There was interference on the live feed on mobile app - it would "faze out" and look "scrambled" at different times (not sure if interference from another source or....?) I gave this about a weeks run to observe any issues before returning, and the interference was not a constant but happen enough where it was displeasing.3. The BIGGEST downfall: It will not show live feed on Alexa EchoShow 5 (2nd Gen). It links the app account but WILL NOT SHOW LIVE FEED. That's pretty useless........ The intent for me was exactly that - to have live feed on the echo and my tablet.Other than those cons; the picture quality was pretty good and it took 5G wifi with ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM - which has been an issue with most of these cams. The App is SUPER USER FRIENDLY - LOVED the picture-in-picture option. BUT because of the above 3 issues stated - I returned.

Purchased 2 for the interior of our home. Works great and I love that you can add the Sd card and it will re write over itself. Don’t have to pay for the cloud unless you want to. Have had them for over a month and still has not rewrote itself yet. I just purchased another one for the exterior that is powered by solar. All cameras can be seen on the app. We love it.

The panning/moving camera view is seriously lagging. Other than that seems pretty decent, I use it as a critter cam.

I use these inside my house because I have a 9 and 10 year old boys and let be honest, they can be sneaky and like to blame each other for things. So it’s resolved a lot of issues! Thinking about buying more for other rooms of the house! they’re easy to install and you can insert your own sd card so you can record things for later.

I bought these to keep an eye on my elderly parent when she’s home alone and they were great.
