2 Hounds Design Freedom No-Pull Dog Harness with Leash, Medium, 1-Inch Wide, Raspberry

This is hands down the BEST harness out there on the market! So good that I ordered 3 of them for my pitties. Having an 80 pound dog that like to pull isn't as easy to control with a regular collar and leash, it's horrible! And knowing your dogs neck is getting hurt is even worse. What a great invention this harness is!! Completely helped with our dogs pulling, all 3 of our 80 pound dogs are able to be walked nicely without them hurting themselves. If they go to pull you the harness pulls back on the top of the shoulders and also in the front of their chest putting some pressure which causes them to slow down and stop pulling. These harness have been great for walks too. Make a whole world of a difference. Anytime we take our pups out everyone wants to know where we got our harnesses. They work that good and look nice too! We got 2 black and silver harnesses for the boys and one raspberry color for our girl. So beautiful and the material is very strong, durable and reliable. HIGHLY recommend this harness to any one with a dog, any breed any size. Comfortable for your pups without hurting them, gives you a piece of mind with easy controllability for your fur kids.

Since rescuing my dog in October 2017, I've gone through 3 harnesses. Unfortunately for me, my pup pulls a ton and trying to teach her some leash manners has taken some time. I wish I bought this harness first!To discourage pulling, I like attaching to the front ring so that when my pup pulls, her chest comes forward and she stops. Having the additional ring on the back spreads out there force she feels on her chest when she pulls.I think it's important that the front ring is attached vertically. What I've noticed in previous designs I've used is that the ring is horizontal. This, the fabric around the ring tears, even though it is reinforced.The bottom of the harness is a soft fabric, which makes me feel good and not worry about it running against my pup's underbelly. The fit is easily adjustable and can be locked in with rigid plastic.Overall, great quality harness. I'll never buy a different one.

My four month old lab mix pulls like a plow horse. He's already 40 lbs and very strong. This harness does discourage him from pulling and makes our walks much more pleasant. It's a lot easier to put on than the Sensation harness, and is a lot more effective on him than a regular flat collar or a Martingale. So far I am very happy with it. I took off one star only because I found it pretty tough to adjust.

I love this harness! My dog is a cattle dog mix, and therefore has a muscular stocky body type, probably pitbull-like. It’s been very hard to find a harness that will fit her, but this is perfect! The way it works is not quite as effective at teaching her not to pull as some of the other harnesses we’ve trie. I still think it’s a very smart design, so it’s worth the extra time that it will take to train her not to pull. The design allows us to feel that she is perfectly safe and cannot get out of the harness in any way.

Does not discourage pulling, the front straps are at their smallest and are still too big for my husky (I measured her correctly) and when we attach a leash to the front of the harness the straps bunch to one side. That discourages her pulling not be cause it redirects her towards us but because it causes her to limp and walk weird. I gave it two stars simply because it's aesthetically pleasing not because it's worth the money or because it does what it's supposed to do. I'd purchase a different harness if I were you!

I recently adopted a 50lb pit mix from my local shelter. She was great on the leash, and would walk beside me unless she saw another dog, person, or squirrel... She would get too excited and practically tug my arm off. This harness has worked wonders. I have so much more control, and she seems to know it and doesn't really try to tug as much. When she does start to pull she is more responsive to my little tug letting her know she needs to fall back a little. This harness came recommended by our trainer. I looked at the Easy Walker and a few others but decided to go with this one after hearing from another person who had the Easy Walker with her short haired dog and it chaffed her under her legs. My pup doesn't mind having this harness on one bit :)

The harness broke within 24hours. This seems to be a common problem as they offer to fix it if you pay for shipping both ways are willing to wait 6 weeks. I would consider getting it fixed if it had lasted more than 2 walks but this seems like throwing good money after bad. They are insisting my dog chewed on it and it is not faulty although she only wore it 2 times and it was never near her mouth.

no better control than with other harnesses. disappointing.
